How do I take an oral strip?+
For each current strip, place one oral strip on the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Balance, Ease, Flow, and Focus specify dissolving before swallowing. Each current product is labeled for a maximum of one strip daily; always follow the directions on the exact product label you receive.
Which strip contains caffeine?+
Zenith Shift lists 50 mg of caffeine per strip, along with 30 mg L-theanine and 1,000 mcg vitamin B12. Read the Supplement Facts, directions, and caution before choosing it, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine or already use caffeine-containing products.
Which strip contains melatonin?+
Zenith Down lists 1 mg of melatonin per strip, together with valerian root extract, lavender extract, chamomile extract, and hibiscus extract. Follow the product label directions and review its caution and warning before use.
Which strips list probiotics or digestive enzymes?+
Zenith Balance lists Bifidobacterium lactis providing 10 billion CFU, along with polydextrose. Zenith Flow lists Bacillus coagulans providing 10 billion CFU plus a digestive enzymatic blend containing protease, papain, and bromelain.
